A nearby road and direct access are different things
Look at the complete route from the main road to the plot. Note any service-road access, turns, crossings and narrow sections. A short straight-line distance on a map is not the same as a usable driving route.
Kailasha River View is described on its website as being near Kisan Path and Sultanpur Road. This guide does not claim that every plot has highway frontage or direct ring-road access. Request the entrance pin and a route description from the project team.
Use your site visit to answer everyday questions
Travel from a place you use regularly, ideally around the time you would normally commute. Observe the approach surface, lighting and surrounding activity. At the project, ask someone to identify the exact plot and show its boundaries against the layout.
Look beyond the entrance photograph. Ask which roads and services are working today, which are under construction and which are proposed. A dated explanation is more useful than a broad promise that everything will be ready soon.
Compare two plots on the same basis
Write down the entrance location, plot dimensions, approach route, visible development and quoted cost for each option. If one is cheaper, check what explains the difference before treating it as better value.
Is Kailasha River View directly on Kisan Path?
The current website says near Kisan Path. Exact frontage and access should be confirmed using the location pin, layout and a site visit; they are not established by this guide.
How far is it from my workplace?
Use the verified entrance location to check your own route. We have not published a travel-time estimate because timings depend on the starting point, route and traffic.
Read the Lucknow plot guide for wider comparisons, or return to the project homepage to request location details.
